What the evidence says 01 / RECORD

Supported. In March 2018 the SPLC's Hatewatch published Alexander Reid Ross's 'The multipolar spin,' which tied Tim Pool to a network linked to a Tehran conference associated with Holocaust denial. On March 9, 2018 the SPLC removed the article and posted an 'Explanation and apology' that names Tim Pool directly and disclaims any intent to portray him as a white supremacist, fascist, anti-Semite, or collaborator with the Russian government. Pool says he has never been to Iran or spoken at any conference there. The SPLC's own retraction, cited here, corroborates that it published and then withdrew a piece he describes as falsely tying him to an Iran conference.
