“Either the data is what it says it is or it's not. But if the data is what it says it is, then the result leaves no no question whatsoever that Ivermectin works in very sick people relative to an end…”
What the evidence shows: The available clinical evidence does not establish that ivermectin reduces deaths among people with COVID-19. The FDA says currently available clinical-trial data do not demonstrate that ivermectin is effective against COVID-19 in humans, and it has not authorized or approved the drug for preventing or treating COVID-19. WHO's guideline panel found the evidence on mortality and other clinical outcomes to be of very low certainty because of small studies and methodological limitations, and recommended use only within clinical trials. Those findings do not support a claim that the question has been settled in favor of a mortality benefit.
