// THE CLAIM · ON TAPE
I got COVID for 12 hours. 12 hours? 12 hours. Tested twice, positive for COVID. That was a Wednesday. Let's see, it was a Wednesday. I think we were having Yom Kippur? No, we were having Passover. And I got sick that night. And 24 hours later, no symptoms. That's amazing. Nothing. Quercetin, zinc, a little ivermectin, you know.

What the evidence says 01 / RECORD

This is an uncontrolled personal anecdote, and no rigorous evidence supports quercetin, zinc, and ivermectin clearing COVID-19 within 24 hours. Mild COVID-19 symptoms commonly resolve on their own over days regardless of treatment, so a single fast recovery cannot be attributed to a supplement protocol. The largest randomized outpatient ivermectin trials found no clinically meaningful benefit: the NIH-funded ACTIV-6 trial (1,591 patients) reported a median time to recovery of 12 days with ivermectin versus 13 days with placebo (hazard ratio 1.07) and concluded the findings do not support ivermectin use. Fact-checkers reviewing the TOGETHER, ACTIV-6, and COVID-OUT trials likewise found no benefit for recovery, hospitalization, or death, and the NIH recommends against ivermectin for COVID-19 outside research. Quercetin and zinc data come from small, often open-label studies with mixed results and no demonstration of same-day viral clearance.
